In the spring of 2013, this poster was presented at the ICOM-CC Graphic Document Working Group Interim Meeting held at the Austrian National Library in Vienna. The theme of the conference was “Paper Conservation: Decisions & Compromises.” The poster and extended abstract give an overview of Chinese handscroll conservation on the Freer│Sackler collection to help guide colleagues with similar collections.
